Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl, add canned peaches. Season with cinnamon sugar, nutmeg & corn starch. Fold in until nicely coated. Optional: Can add excess peach juice from the can if you would like; saving some for later.
For your crust, in a food processor, add in 1cup salted butter & sugar. Cream together, add in flour, eggs & vanilla extract. Give one final mix, taste, adjust and set aside.
To a cast iron skillet, add in 4Tbsp salted butter and add into oven to melt.
In a large nonstick pan on medium heat, add in 4Tbsp salted butter. Allow it to melt until it starts to turn brown. Add in your peaches, cook for 5 minutes. Add in your lemonade & the remaining peach juice from the can. Allow that to cook and peaches to soften. Remove from heat and set aside.
Remove cast iron from the oven. Add dollops of your crust batter to the bottom of the cast iron. Add over your cooked peaches, finish with dollops of your remaining batter.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 50 minutes and broil for 2. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
