Ingredients
  

  • 1 Green Cabbage Head
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 White Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 5 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1.5 Tbsp Nature's Seasoning
  • 6 Oz Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
  • 1.5 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Sprig Thyme
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary
  • Parsley Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Sear cabbage quarters for 5–7 minutes until charred. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, cook onions until soft. Add garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and Nature’s Seasoning. Stir until fragrant.
  • Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then turn off heat.
  • Stir in Parmesan. Return cabbage to skillet. Top with thyme and rosemary.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
  • Garnish with more Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Serve warm.
