- 1 Green Cabbage Head
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 White Onion Thinly Sliced
- 5 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1.5 Tbsp Nature's Seasoning
- 6 Oz Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
- 1.5 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Sprig Thyme
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
- Parsley Garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Sear cabbage quarters for 5–7 minutes until charred. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook onions until soft. Add garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and Nature’s Seasoning. Stir until fragrant.
Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then turn off heat.
Stir in Parmesan. Return cabbage to skillet. Top with thyme and rosemary.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
Garnish with more Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Serve warm.
