- 12 Oz Broccoli
- 1 Can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 10 Oz Cheddar Cheese Freshly Shredded
- 4 Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 Cup Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- Olive Oil Drizzle
- Smoked Paprika Garnish
- Parsley Garnish

Preheat Oven to 375.
Blanch the broccoli by boiling salted water, cooking it for 2-3 minutes, then transferring to an ice bath to cool. Chop and add to a large bowl with cooked rice.
In a separate bowl, coat chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic & herb seasoning, and salt. Sear in a hot oiled pan for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden. Chop and add to the rice bowl.
Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, then add butter, cream of mushroom, and broccoli cheese soup. Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, garlic & herb cream cheese, and garlic pepper. Mix in 1/4 of the shredded cheddar.
Pour the sauce over the rice, broccoli, and chicken. Combine everything, then transfer to a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Garnish with smoked paprika and parsley. SERVE and ENJOY!
